蛋和糖混合,坐於熱水上(暖至37~40度),用高速攪打至濃稠
加入篩過的麵粉,朱古力粉攪拌均勻
加入暖牛油
倒入蛋糕模,25分鐘@160-170c
切開三份,掃糖水,加忌廉 (可以加香草和巧克力粉,酒浸櫻桃,再加忌廉,放第二塊蛋糕片,重複
用忌廉抹平蛋糕面,在加朱古力做裝飾
Mix eggs with sugar
Add flour,cocoa powder ,then add melted butter
Pour it into mold and bake it for 25 mins @ 160-170c
Slice cake into 3 pieces, apply syrup on the cake. Add cream (Vanilla pod & chocolate powder), cherries. Repeat for the rest of cake pieces
Apply cream on the outer side of the cake.
Decorate the cake
